By train:

  • Lille Europe or Lille Flandres station
  • Take a taxi at the exit or take a bus (see below). It’s about 30 minutes walking to the conference site.

By bus:

  • From Lille Europe or Lille Flandres station, take line C2 (La Citadine).
  • Get out at the stop “Solférino” on Boulevard Vauban.

By metro:

  • At Lille Europe station take line 2 towards Saint Philibert. From Lille Flandres take line 1 towards CHR.
  • Come down at Cormontaigne station and walk towards Boulevard Danel and then on to Boulevard Vauban.
  • At the crossroads on Rue Solferino turn left.

How to get to Lille

By train:

There are two stations in Lille : Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe, about 400m from each other.

Lille Europe station is a transit station for TGVs from every region in France, and you can also catch the London or Brussels Eurostar, there. Some TGVs coming from Paris and continuing to the coast may also stop there.

Lille Flandres station is the final stop for TGVs arriving from the Gare du Nord in Paris. The Regional Express trains leave this station for the different towns in the region.

  • Brussels: 40 minutes, 14 TGV and Eurostar trains per day
  • Paris: 1 hour, 26 direct TGVs per day
  • London: 1 hour 15 minutes direct by Eurostar
  • Antwerp: 2 hours direct by InterCity trains

By air:

The Lille-Lesquin International airport is located 10 km from Lille city center. It serves more than 60 national and international destinations.

By car:
