IÉSEG Executive Education develops tailor-made international solutions for companies & universities

Thanks to its network of more than 260 universities and 2,500 partner companies, IÉSEG’s Executive Education team is developing its international activities by offering companies and universities customized “learning expeditions”.

airport-1822133_1920These enable groups of professionals to step away from their daily life and to learn in a new environment: for example, to discover new managerial practices, to exchange with inspiring leaders, or to discover different modes of organization and cultures. They also provide the opportunity to reflect, to exchange and share a unique experience with peers or team members.

For international companies and universities wishing to organize an expedition in France

IÉSEG Executive Education organizes, on behalf of international companies or universities, learning expeditions in France so they can discover new professional practices and/or background related to their sector of activity. These programs are tailor-made for the partner’s needs (for example, they can be short programs, or even an Executive MBA module, etc.).

Example of a learning expedition developed for a group of Italian executives wishing to specialize in the field of “CRM” (customer relationship management) :

  • Location: Paris
  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Objectives: To master the key concepts of CRM (customer relations, satisfaction and loyalty), to acquire a global view of the main tools to develop an effective customer relationship.
  • Program: seminars in Marketing and CRM in the morning, workshops and company visits in the afternoon.

For French companies wishing to train abroad

The Executive Education team also develops customized international solutions for companies in France that want its teams (executives, managers, high potential staff, etc.) to train together, away from their daily environment . The program is adapted to the needs of the company: in terms of the theme of the seminar or training modules, duration, learning tools, company visits and geographical location.

Example of a learning expedition set up on behalf of a French bank:

  • Location: London
  • Duration: 2 days
  • Objectives: To deepen understanding of capital markets, and how Anglo-Saxon companies and the ‘City’   functions.
  • Program: visit of Lloyds Bank and the Bank of England, conference, visit of company headquarters.
