By joining IÉSEG in the Master Cycle as part of the « Grande École » curriculum, you will make the coherent choice of continuing your management studies in a School which definitely thinks globally, in a multicultural atmosphere.
With the Master Cycle, which is divided into 4 semesters, students will further develop knowledge gained during the 1st study programme, while honing their career project. The objective is to educate ready-to-work managers who will have a strategic vision of businesses.
The « Grande École » Program revolves around three dimensions: acquiring knowledge; helping students to gain and apply corporate-based know-how effectively; and developing a personal development project.

The Audit-Control track prepares students for careers in the sectors of audit, management control, accounting and consulting.
This track focuses on the evolution of the global economy, the development of international business/trade, business strategy as well as the contribution of the industrial sector, entrepreneurship, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.
This track aims to familiarize students with the theory and practical elements of entrepreneurship and business creation, innovation and development strategy, whilst taking into account corporate social responsibility and ethics in the workplace.
The aim of the Finance track is to provide a catalogue of courses which train students to make responsible and informed financial decisions in a globalized world.
This track, combing theory and practice, aims to provide students with exposure to contemporary human resources management.
The courses in this track enable students to learn about information systems as a key element of overall company strategy.
Operations management involves supplying goods or services to clients whilst steering and managing the supply chain in an optimal manner.
This track is addressed at students looking to deepen their knowledge of marketing tools, practices and concepts.
This track aims to prepare students for professional responsibilities linked to negotiation: such as conflict management, mediation, buying and selling, and sales management .
During the Master’s degree programme, IÉSEG students must do a work placement as Executive for 6 months.
They will have to assume responsibilities at the level of a « junior executive », so they may demonstrate their capacity to analyse a problem, suggest solutions and take on responsibilities.
In addition to this programme, which is compulsory, our students can take a gap year or six-month break during their studies.
During that period, student will have the opportunity of doing one or more work placements, or to complete a personal project. Any application for a gap year or a break should first be approved by the Academic Director of IÉSEG.
Assignments can relate to an area of expertise in MSc programmes at IÉSEG: Management, Multicultural Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Operations Management, Audit & Control, International Negotiation or to a cross-functional subject.
Students are coached by lecturers-researchers at IÉSEG, who are experts in their area. The project manager in the company will also supervise the student on a regular basis.
