The IMBA opens up exciting and rewarding international career opportunities in companies across the globe. IÉSEG supports IMBA participants in a number of ways to facilitate this transition and has a dedicated team to advise on your career development and to accompany your international job search.
The IMBA program provides the tools to develop your skills, knowledge, and expertise for your next professional challenge. Alongside your peers you will receive guidance through small group workshops and interactions with corporate professionals. On a personal level, accredited coaches and tutors will support you throughout, using a program developed to meet your specific needs. They use proven tools and techniques to prepare you, not only for your next position, but for your entire career.
The IÉSEG Talent Program is designed to support IMBA candidates as they prepare for the post MBA recruitment process. Professionals from various firms in talent-acquisition discuss their work, their recruitment processes, and the type of profile that gets noticed.
Additionally professionals give workshops to help participants prepare the first steps in the recruitment process: identification of skills and experience, refinement of their ‘elevator pitch’, explanation of networking options, preparation for tests and assessments, and a review of cover letters and CVs in both French and English.
One-on-one mock interviews and training sessions provide practice for participants for recruitment sessions in March.
IMBA students are coached by a dedicated specialised coach who is responsible for guiding students on an individual basis to obtain desired career outcomes.
