Sports

While in Paris, you will have access to a wealth of public gymnasiums (usually one for each neighborhood), as well as public stadiums and open parks for running.

The Grande Arche in la Défense belongs to the city of Puteaux. Puteaux offers opportunities to practice several sports in the sport complex located on the island of Puteaux, a 15 minute walk from the Grande Arche.

This island is completely dedicated to sports. You can do tennis, football, rugby, golf… in total, there are more than 15 sports available for everybody from the beginner to the expert and the competition level.

The park is open everyday, even on Sunday, from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm during the winter and from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm during the summer.
