During their internship, students are able to combine theories of management with hands-on experience and apply the cross-cultural skills they have developed at IÉSEG.
Our objective is to allow students to obtain professional experience and have them demonstrate their ability to holistically analyze a business situation, propose recommendations for possible organizational improvement, and (maybe) take responsibility implementing some of them. In addition, the internship period helps students understand the value added of company relationships and ethical professional behavior.
The MIB internship can be undertaken in France or abroad, and covers between 4 to 6 months.
Our Corporate Relations department organizes regular meetings to inform students on available internship-research tools.
Specific internship opportunities for the MIB program are regularly sent to the students by email. Students will also be able to log on to the IÉSEG website to browse postings for internships.
A professional advisor supports students in their career search and helps them prepare for the labor market. He/she offers assistance with revising students’ resume and cover letter and helps them prepare for their job interviews.
IÉSEG has a team dedicated to developing relationships with private corporations and to assisting MIB students with their internship needs.
