\"\"I\u00c9SEG School of Management and the Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Lille have the pleasure to invite Peter M. Senge, for a conference (in English). Peter Senge will share how his views on systems thinking, systems awareness and cultivating the collective intelligence to help companies and other key contemporary institutions like education address profound challenges such as the environmental crisis and inequality<\/p>\n

Peter M. Senge<\/strong> is the author of \u2018The Fifth Discipline\u2019, one of the most important books in management and leadership.<\/p>\n

He is the founding chair of SoL (Society of Organizational Learning), a global network of organizations, researchers, and consultants dedicated to the \u201cinterdependent development of people and their institutions\u201d, Senior Lecturer, Sloan School of Management MIT, and cofounder of the Academy for Systemic Change, which seeks to accelerate the growth of the field of systemic change worldwide. His work centers on promoting shared understanding of complex issues and shared leadership for healthier human systems. This involves major cross-sector projects focused on global food systems, climate change, regenerative economies, and the future of education.<\/p>\n
