Second, it has a <strong>developmental<\/strong> objective, i.e. papers will be thoroughly reviewed and discussed by the peers in order to advance them on the path of publication.<\/p>\n<p>We thus welcome original research but also papers that have been presented before (or are scheduled to be) but that have not been submitted to an academic journal yet. For these reasons, this workshop will be <strong>limited to a small number of people<\/strong> in order to create the best conditions for <strong>constructive interaction<\/strong>. Each participant will be asked to review the work of two others. Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric DELMAR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric DELMAR<\/strong> is the associate vice dean of the <strong>School of Economics and Management at Lund University<\/strong>. He is also a professor in <strong>entrepreneurship at the Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship<\/strong>, at the same university.<\/p>\n<p>Previous to his current appointment, he has hold positions at EMLYON Business School, France; Stockholm School of Economics and Stockholm University, Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>He is recognized as an<strong> internationally leading scholar in entrepreneurship research<\/strong>. His main research interest lies in the early development of new ventures as well as new venture growth. His current interest is in new venture team dynamics. He has been researching entrepreneurship for twenty years and worked as an expert for the OECD and EU. He has also been active in several start-ups.<\/p>\n<p>His work has been published in a number of journals like Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, Management Science, Strategic Management Journal, and books. He is associate editor for Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and former senior editor for Organization Studies. He is the member of the editorial board of Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory &amp; Practice and Strategic Organization.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Partners<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship<\/strong> (ECSB) is a non-profit organization whose main objective is to advance the understanding of entrepreneurship and to improve the competitiveness of SMEs in Europe. ECSB facilitates the creation and distribution of new knowledge through research, education and the open exchange of ideas between professions and across national and cultural boarders. The ECSB is an affiliation to the ICSB (International Council for Small Business).<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ecsb.org\">ECSB Website<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Acad\u00e9mie de l\u2019Entrepreneuriat et de l\u2019Innovation <\/strong>(AEI) is a non-profit organization whose main objective is to promote the development and the understanding of entrepreneurship in France. AEI is both involved in the development of research, of education, and of connections with French institutions and practitioners. AEI is member of the FNEGE (Fondation Nationale pour l\u2019Enseignement de la Gestion des Entreprises, French Foundation for Management Education).<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn\" href=\"http:\/\/www.entrepreneuriat.com\/\">Acad\u00e9mie de l&#8217;Entrepreneuriat et de l&#8217;Innovation Website<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Established in 1964, <strong>I\u00c9SEG School of Management<\/strong> is one of the top business schools in France, with its Master in Management 17<sup>th<\/sup> in the 2016 Financial Times ranking. As a French Grande \u00c9cole and member of the Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles, I\u00c9SEG is one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in the country.
