He explains, \u201cIn this game, participants are in competition with each other in the framework of the simulated management of a company. The result is an intense experience that allows them to fully realize how different organizational and strategic issues fit together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This business game is an interdisciplinary experience by nature. The simulation puts participants in the position of having to integrate data and perspectives from various organizational functions in order to make strategic and complex decisions that affect their company\u2019s competitive situation.<\/p>\n<p>It leads the participants (who are in groups of 4 to 5) to put into practice the different notions discussed during the semester in order to be able to manage an organization in an uncertain environment and under time constraints.<\/p>\n<p>Participants experience &#8216;in vivo&#8217; how their decision-making process affects their teams, as well as the sometimes unstable balance between the global dimension of management and the complexity of the perspectives of each function and stakeholder.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#c1c1c1;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#dbdbdb;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;\">About the EMBA program:<\/p>\n<p>Today\u2019s organizations need changemakers who know how to inspire their teams, as well as different stakeholders to develop and accompany sustainably the growth of their companies.
