Last November I\u00c9SEG organized the latest edition of its I\u00c9SEG Career Day recruitment forum for 3rd year students, Master students and young graduates. Due to the health context, this year\u2019s event was adapted to take place in a 100% online format.<\/p>\n
Organized on the Swapcard platform, the event brought together more than 175 professionals from major companies such as L’Or\u00e9al, Twelve Consulting, Coca-Cola, Mondelez, IBM, PSA … as well as SMEs and NGOs from different sectors (industry, distribution, textile, banking\/insurance, automotive, digital etc.).<\/p>\n
These two days allowed students, young graduates and companies to strengthen the links that have already been established during previous events and are necessary in this important period as students\/graduates search for internships and professional opportunities.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the 1,442 participating students and the hundred or so registered graduates were able to browse the virtual booths of the companies and learn about the recruitment process and the potential opportunities for internships and jobs. Nearly 600 interviews took place over these two days.<\/p>\n
This digital format also allowed 12 companies to organize a dedicated webinar; a dedicated time for exchange and for companies to present their organization, values and professional development opportunities. This is also a real asset to enhance their employer brand and answer questions from potential candidates.<\/p>\n
