{"id":107449,"date":"2021-03-02T13:48:33","date_gmt":"2021-03-02T12:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=107449"},"modified":"2022-03-04T10:54:05","modified_gmt":"2022-03-04T09:54:05","slug":"students-set-sights-on-uk-and-spain-as-part-of-new-european-business-qualification","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/students-set-sights-on-uk-and-spain-as-part-of-new-european-business-qualification\/","title":{"rendered":"I\u00c9SEG Bachelor in International Business students set sights on UK (Sheffield) and Spain (Barcelona) as part of unique new European Business qualification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Giving students a global insight on how to do business is the aim of a unique new collaboration between I\u00c9SEG and two leading European business schools.<\/p>\n<p>The new European Business Bachelor will see students learn and live in three different European countries over four years, studying at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shu.ac.uk\/about-us\/academic-departments\/sheffield-business-school\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sheffield Business School<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/programmes\/bachelor-international-business\/\">I\u00c9SEG School of Management in Paris<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iqs.edu\/en\/iqs-school-management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IQS School of Management in Barcelona<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As well as the opportunity to live and learn in three very different cultural and business environments, the students will also graduate with a degree from each of the three AACSB-accredited institutions.<\/p>\n<p>During the four years of the European Business Bachelor, students undertake an internship and conduct consulting projects with real companies, spending at least one year in each country over the course of the program.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KghkS5rqqCo\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><br \/>\n<strong>Professor Eileen McAuliffe, Dean of the College of Business, Technology and Engineering and the Sheffield Business Schoo<\/strong>l said: \u201cAt the Sheffield Business School, we pride ourselves on giving our students a truly global perspective on the business world and the chance to apply their learning at leading brands across the globe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis European Business Bachelor program builds on that strong foundation and is truly a very exciting and innovative opportunity for students looking for the best possible way to kickstart their careers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jean-Philippe Ammeux, Dean at I\u00c9SEG School of Management<\/strong> said: \u201cWe are delighted to be launching this ambitious European Bachelor program with our partners IQS School of Management in Spain and Sheffield Business School (Sheffield Hallam University) in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt will provide business students with a truly intercultural and international experience as they study in three different countries and institutions.
