{"id":111730,"date":"2021-05-26T17:58:30","date_gmt":"2021-05-26T15:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=111730"},"modified":"2021-05-28T10:58:48","modified_gmt":"2021-05-28T08:58:48","slug":"ieseg-employees-commit-to-environment-energic-challenge","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/ieseg-employees-commit-to-environment-energic-challenge\/","title":{"rendered":"I\u00c9SEG employees commit to the environment by taking up the \u2018Energic\u2019 Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The start-up \u2018Energic\u2019, winner of the CR\u00c9ENSO Prize 2017, National Prize of the Creator of Social Enterprise, launched an inter-enterprises environmental challenge in November 2020 driven by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseau-alliances.org\/actualites-reseau-alliances\/1986-challenge-environnemental-inter-entreprises-energic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">R\u00e9seau Alliance<\/a> of which IESEG is part.<\/p>\n<p>This challenge that lasted six months, mobilized 1236 people, divided in 29 teams from 12 companies, Grandes Ecoles or associations.<\/p>\n<p>The objective: raising awareness in a playful way among collaborators about various environmental issues (such as waste, energy, mobility and food) and thus, turn them into actors of their enterprise\u2019s CSR policy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-111727 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Post-chiffres-bilan-min_Challenge-Energic-300x157.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Post-chiffres-bilan-min_Challenge-Energic-300x157.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Post-chiffres-bilan-min_Challenge-Energic-1024x536.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Post-chiffres-bilan-min_Challenge-Energic-768x402.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Post-chiffres-bilan-min_Challenge-Energic-150x79.png 150w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Post-chiffres-bilan-min_Challenge-Energic-400x209.png 400w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Post-chiffres-bilan-min_Challenge-Energic.png 1410w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Driven by Maria CASTILLO, Responsible of the CSR policy at I\u00c9SEG, the initiative mobilized more than 50 permanent collaborators divided in two teams: the &#8220;I\u00c9SEG CARES&#8221; tribe on Lille campus and &#8220;I\u00c9SEG\u2019REEN&#8221; on Paris-La D\u00e9fense campus.<\/p>\n<p>In total, 4,985 individual missions were accomplished and 466 eco-gestures were adopted by both tribes.
