Podcasts are increasingly consumed in the world, especially since the first lockdown in March 2020. I\u00c9SEG has therefore decided to launch its own podcast series entitled \u2018Changemaker Stories\u2019.<\/p>\n

Developed by I\u00c9SEG, I\u00c9SEG Network<\/a> and Echoes<\/u><\/a> \u2013 a start-up incubated by I\u00c9SEG \u2013 \u201cChangemaker Stories\u201d highlights extraordinary stories from professionals, experts, entrepreneurs, researchers and graduates from I\u00c9SEG working to transform our society and make it a better one. \u00a0This series of podcasts is inspiring, different, focused on today\u2019s world and in line with the School Vision 2025.<\/a><\/p>\n

From social entrepreneurship to finance, technological innovation and ecological transition, the podcast addresses a wide variety of topics through the extraordinary stories of these changemakers.<\/p>\n

Four episodes are already available in French or in English:<\/p>\n

#1 \u201cBuilding a responsible food system\u201d <\/strong>Guillaume FOURDINIER and Thomas BONDUELLE, both graduates of l\u00c9SEG. With Agricool and Nextfood, they reshape production and distribution patterns, and propose an alternative food, healthier and better for the environment.<\/p>\n

#2 \u00ab\u00a0Social entrepreneurship in emerging countries\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bb – M\u00e9lanie MOSSARD, graduate of I\u00c9SEG in 2017 has become the go-to person in Cambodge to help startups with an impact and entrepreneurs to grow.<\/p>\n

#3 \u00ab\u00a0Towards more autonomy and trust\u00a0\u2013 Montessori management<\/strong> \u00bb – Graduate of Grande Ecole 2007, \u00c9douard PICK is the CEO of Groupe Clinitex, a Lille-based company specialized in the cleaning of professional premises. With his brother, he took over the company, which now has 3,500 employees.<\/p>\n

#4 \u201cThe future of work and recruitment\u201d<\/strong> – Christophe CATOIR joined Adecco as an intern in 1995 during his studies at I\u00c9SEG School of Management. 20 years later, he is designated President at Adecco France and he is now leading the Adecco brand worldwide.<\/p>\n

Next Episodes are already in the making and will deal with leadership, innovation, interculturalism and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n
