The mission of I\u00c9SEG is to prepare the actors of change who will contribute to the development of responsible, innovative and humanistic companies in an international context: \u201cEmpowering changemakers for a better society”<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to create the knowledge that will allow the emergence of these \u2018innovative\u2019 leaders, all I\u00c9SEG\u2019s permanent professors conduct joint research and teaching activities<\/a>. These research activities support their teaching and interactions with companies and all stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the cooperation between I\u00c9SEG and the online media \u201cThe Conversation France\u201d<\/a>, I\u00c9SEG\u2019s professors share the results of their research to shed light on and analyze current issues and problematics that managers of organizations and companies face every day.<\/p>\n
