Over 90 I\u00c9SEG graduates currently work at the company in 14 different countries, and more than 80 students do their internship each year in store or in one of the support services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The partnership between both organizations keeps growing every year with the implementation of innovating and ambitious projects for the benefit of students.<\/p>\n<p>Within I\u00c9SEG, <strong>Decathlon takes an active part in presentation sessions about the company and <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-112560 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-15-at-14.20.48-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-15-at-14.20.48-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-15-at-14.20.48-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-15-at-14.20.48-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-15-at-14.20.48-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-15-at-14.20.48-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-15-at-14.20.48-400x300.jpeg 400w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-15-at-14.20.48.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>career opportunities<\/strong>, in recruitment forums for internships and jobs, in program review commissions (<em>Professional Advisory Board<\/em>), as well as in lectures and conferences. For example, Michel LECLERCQ, founder of Decathlon, spoke at the opening plenary session of the 2019 Summer Program on the theme: \u201cTake a step back and inspire change\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Decathlon also strengthens its visibility among I\u00c9SEG students by sponsoring, since 2018, the <em>MSc in International Business<\/em> (MIB) program and by sponsoring, in 2021, under the representation of Etienne CALLAFE, Finance Director of Decathlon China, the Bachelor in International Business (BIB) and the postgraduate programs (Masters of Science and International MBA) students. Etienne Callafe says &#8220;<em>This partnership between I\u00c9SEG and Decathlon is the result of a long-lasting collaboration between two institutions that are committed to developing interpersonal skills and interculturality through shared values that are vitality and authenticity.<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In May, Postgraduate Program students were also able to participate in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/talentgames.decathlon.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Decathlon Talent Games <\/em><\/a>\u2013 a challenge organized by the brand to foster innovation and collective creation<\/strong> and gathering more than 100 participants (Decathlon employees, clients, companies, students\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Finally, also in 2021, Decathlon became a co-partner of the \u201cretail management &amp; business development\u201d apprenticeship training program, along with Auchan, Leroy Merlin and Kiabi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For more information: g.krempa@ieseg.fr<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The partnership between Decathlon, a major retail and leisure company, and I\u00c9SEG, has been active for over 25 years.
