Upon successful completion, participants will be up to date with the European government and policies and will also know how to effectively conduct business in Europe and internationally thanks to a better understanding of cross-cultural management skills.<\/p>\n<p>The I\u00c9SEG Winter Program <strong>lasts 4 weeks and is fully conducted online<\/strong> so that students from all over the world can attend it in the best teaching conditions. <strong>It is built around 3 modules:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Europe integration:<\/strong> this two-week intensive course will provide students with a detailed understanding of the main European institutions and the EU decision-making process. Students will also develop critical thinking and learn how to negotiate within a European context.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intercultural Management:<\/strong> With the globalization of business, understanding culture differences has never been so important. Through this two-week intensive course, students will learn how to manage, interact and do business on the worldwide stage. This course will offer an understanding of other cultures and ethnicities as a way to improve interaction and negotiation skills with international peers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cultural activities:<\/strong> during the I\u00c9SEG Winter Program, students will also attend online cultural activities. This will be a unique opportunity to know more about Paris and the French culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The key words of this Winter Program are accessibility and diversity. Accessibility, because this program is offered exclusively online to allow all those who wish, whatever their country of origin, to follow the courses in the best conditions.
