{"id":122361,"date":"2022-01-04T14:15:46","date_gmt":"2022-01-04T13:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=122361"},"modified":"2022-01-04T15:44:57","modified_gmt":"2022-01-04T14:44:57","slug":"finance-training","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/finance-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Training for jobs in Finance thanks to a variety of paths and programs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>I\u00c9SEG is a major player in finance training and has developed innovative programs adapted to market expectations.<\/strong> Thanks to its majors such as \u201cAsset &amp; Risk Management\u201d and &#8220;Financial Transactions and Corporate Strategy&#8221;, its apprenticeship programs such as \u201cFinancial Institutions: Risk, Compliance &amp; Data Analytics\u201d within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/masters-science\/grande-ecole-programme-5-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grande \u00c9cole program<\/a>, its Masters of Science in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/masters-science\/msc-finance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cFinance\u201d<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/masters-science\/msc-banking-capital-markets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00ab Banking, Capital Markets &amp; Financial Technology \u00bb<\/a> and its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/mastere-specialise\/executive-financial-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Executive program in \u201cFinancial Management\u201d<\/a>\u2026 I\u00c9SEG offers a wide variety of paths and programs that meet the professional goals of all its students whether they are in their initial training or executive education.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the closeness of the Academic Directors and Corporate Relations with the banking companies and financial institutions, I\u00c9SEG has managed to adapt to the new requirements of the sector and to the new needs of companies in terms of knowledge and skills. While relying on a high-quality theoretical training, the School places a great importance on practical experience.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-75532 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/preview-audit-gestion-finance-300x149.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"149\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/preview-audit-gestion-finance-300x149.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/preview-audit-gestion-finance-150x74.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/preview-audit-gestion-finance.jpg 524w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Thus, in 2020 I\u00c9SEG developed its Master \u201cFinancial Institutions: Risk, Compliance &amp; Data Analytics\u201d in apprenticeship. It is the first Master in apprenticeship in France that is dedicated to risk and compliance from a financial point of view. \u201c<em>This program is essential for financial institutions that express an increasing practical need in this field, which has been seen until now from a legal and non-financial perspective. Compliance is not just a question of theory but of practical applications on a daily basis, there are not necessarily general rules<\/em>\u201d explains J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Bertrand, Academic Director of this Master&#8217;s program.<\/p>\n<p>With the aim of always helping its students and young graduates to integrate into the professional world, I\u00c9SEG relies on its ecosystem via the Professional Advisory Boards (a committee that reviews academic programs, made up of professors from the School and professionals from the sector), regular contributions from experts in the courses to share their knowledge, passion and skills with the students, or even meetings with directors and players in the field from well-known institutions, such as Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, BNP Paribas and Cofidis.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, to respond to the increasing demand from companies that wish to upgrade the skills of their employees in constantly evolving financial functions, I\u00c9SEG develops regularly tailor-made training modules with partner institutions such as BPIFrance (&#8220;Financing Growth&#8221;, for a target group of high-growth French SMEs&#8217; leaders) or Orange (&#8220;Creating Sustainable Value&#8221;, designed for Orange Europe&#8217;s finance department) and, has been offering since 2016, in partnership with CEGOS, an Executive Program in &#8220;Financial Management&#8221; on its La D\u00e9fense campus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u00c9SEG is a major player in finance training and has developed innovative programs adapted to market expectations.
