It is with joy and emotion that the students of the Grande \u00c9cole Program<\/a>, the Bachelor in International Business<\/a>, the Specialized Masters<\/a> and the MBA programs<\/a> of I\u00c9SEG and their families gathered at the Zenith in Lille for their graduation and pre-graduation ceremonies. This year’s ceremonies were under the sponsorship of Am\u00e9lie Vidal Simi, President of Mondel\u0113z International<\/a> in France since January 2021.<\/em><\/p>\n

Mondel\u0113z International is one of the world leaders in the food industry. In France, Mondelez is present in the cookies market, of which it is the leader, the chocolate market as well as the gum and small pocket confectionery market with iconic brands such as LU, Milka, Belin, C\u00f4te d’Or and Hollywood. With approximately 3,000 employees, spread over 12 sites in France, including 9 production sites, France is one of the Group’s key growth platforms.<\/p>\n

Mondel\u0113z International in France x I\u00c9SEG\u00a0: it\u2019s a \u201cmatch\u201d !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This sponsorship is the result of many years of exchange and collaboration between Mondel\u0113z International and I\u00c9SEG and goes far beyond offering internships and apprenticeship programs to students (today, nearly a hundred offers are available each year to I\u00c9SEG students, in France and internationally) or recruiting graduates from the School (more than thirty graduates currently work in the various Mondel\u0113z subsidiaries around the world).<\/p>\n

Indeed, this partnership has been enriched year after year, relying on the company’s active contribution to the corporate events offered by the School (round tables, conferences, networking with students), its presence at key moments in the life of the institution (French and International Forums, Summer University, admission juries…) and its investment in academic training, notably the participation of experienced managers in various Professional Advisory Boards (committees bringing together experts from the academic and business worlds to explore and reflect together on the directions and adaptations to be made to the programs).<\/p>\n

The success of this partnership is based on shared values, and visions that are very similar. As Am\u00e9lie Vidal Simi explains, “Mondel\u0113z’s vision is to give everyone the means to combine snacking and eating well. You must always be in the driver’s seat of your own career.”<\/em><\/p>\n
