{"id":130179,"date":"2022-06-15T16:09:05","date_gmt":"2022-06-15T14:09:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=130179"},"modified":"2024-09-10T11:28:50","modified_gmt":"2024-09-10T09:28:50","slug":"job-market-integration-survey-2022","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/job-market-integration-survey-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Discover the results of the 2022 survey of young graduates from I\u00c9SEG"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Every year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cge.asso.fr\/publications\/2022-06-15-cp-enquete-insertion-cge-2022\/\">the Conf\u00e9rences des Grandes \u00c9coles (CGE) conducts a survey<\/a> related to the recruitment of young graduates from the French Grandes \u00c9coles.<\/p>\n<p>This survey was conducted in the first months of 2022 with graduates from the 2021 class from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/specialized-masters\/grande-ecole-programme-5-years\/\">I\u00c9SEG\u2019s Grande \u00c9cole (GE) Master in Management program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The integration of the 2021 graduates from I\u00c9SEG\u2019s Grande \u00c9cole program into the job market remains at a very high level: <strong>93.5% of those graduates in work surveyed found their first job either before leaving the School or within four months of leaving. 88.9 % were hired on a permanent basis<\/strong>.<strong> The average gross annual salary after graduation (France and abroad, excluding bonuses) was \u00a0\u20ac43,752<\/strong>. Finally, <strong>21.8% of those young graduates began their careers abroad<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAs a proof of the expectations of this new generation, <strong>61.6% of graduates hold an international-related position<\/strong> (i.e. they work on international projects, regularly go on missions abroad or manage teams abroad) and <strong>31.8% of graduates have a job related to CSR<\/strong> (whether environmental, societal, ethical, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Robert Joliet, Academic Director of I\u00c9SEG&#8217;s Grande \u00c9cole Program, concludes: \u00ab <em>Fully equipped with knowledge and interpersonal skills, our graduates, throughout their School\u2019s journey, have developed their adaptability, pragmatism and their capacity to work in diverse and multicultural teams.
