\u00ab\u00a0Thank you for this amazing experience which I would cherish every time remembering this beautiful city of Lille. I\u00c9SEG staff and faculty were very kind throughout the course and, in a very short stint of 3 weeks, your School has become an integral part of my scholastic journey<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is Nalin PANDEY\u2019s testimony who, along with 38 other students of the Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IMT Ghaziabad (India), discovered France during a Learning Expedition organized by I\u00c9SEG.<\/p>\n

From August 28th to September 17th, the School’s Executive Development & Innovation teams developed a customized trip for these 39 Indian participants on the theme of International Management<\/strong>. The program includes the discovery of a new culture and new ways of developing a business, meeting professors, entrepreneurs and I\u00c9SEG graduates, and sharing best practices through master classes, business games, case studies and visits to companies and start-ups.<\/p>\n

In parallel, from September 4th to 24th, I\u00c9SEG also accompanied 109 students<\/strong> from IIM Lucknow’s International Program in Management for Executives (IPMX Program in India) in Europe, on a Learning Expedition that crossed Switzerland (Geneva and Gstaad), France (Paris and Lille) and Belgium (Brussels).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objectives of this Learning Expedition were to develop the participants’ skills through 4 modules: Fintech, intercultural management, strategic innovation and artificial intelligence in business, and finally international negotiation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here again, visits to companies and start-ups, expert presentations, workshops and role-playing games alternated with numerous cultural activities, including a visit to the European Commission in Brussels and the Bollywood studios in Switzerland.<\/p>\n

“We are delighted to welcome international managers and executives in Europe. It’s a great opportunity to showcase French and European know-how on topics such as innovation and management. Moreover, we observe a great curiosity and a desire to learn from these international executives. We will be repeating the experience soon with Italians, Colombians and Canadians<\/em>,” says Antoine DECOUVELAERE, Executive Director – Executive Development & Innovation.<\/p>\n
