{"id":138323,"date":"2022-11-23T16:04:41","date_gmt":"2022-11-23T15:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=138323"},"modified":"2023-01-23T17:53:05","modified_gmt":"2023-01-23T16:53:05","slug":"ieseg-career-days","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/ieseg-career-days\/","title":{"rendered":"I\u00c9SEG Career Days: two days of meetings for I\u00c9SEG students from both campuses and professionals from all sectors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After two years 100% online, the I\u00c9SEG Career Days forum is back with a new format, on October 19th and 20th.<\/p>\n<p>Much more than a recruitment forum, the I\u00c9SEG Career Days are now two springboard days in the career path of students from the various I\u00c9SEG programs (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/specialized-masters\/grande-ecole-programme-5-years\/master\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grande Ecole Program<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/specialized-masters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Specialized Masters<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/mba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MBA<\/a>) allowing them to network with many actors of the socio-economic world, to refine their professional project, and to exchange with companies in the context of their search for an end-of-study internship or their gap year beginning in January 2023.<\/p>\n<p>2 days: 2 formats to meet all needs!<\/p>\n<p>The day of October 19 took place in person in the very modern NewCap EventCenter Paris, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, and offered different areas dedicated to careers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a hall with booths hosting 80 companies from all sectors of activity<\/li>\n<li>a networking area to allow the organizations present to have a privileged moment with the students<\/li>\n<li>a Career Center hall co-hosted by our team of coaches and the Internship team where students could learn about their career plans and the I\u00c9SEG internship program.<\/li>\n<li>a photographer, available all day long, offering students the possibility to take their professional photo<\/li>\n<li>a &#8220;networking lunch&#8221; area was also designed to allow companies to invite 8 students to their table for a privileged time of exchange. A different way to build their network for our students and a new practice of employer brand development for our partners.<\/li>\n<li>an I\u00c9SEG Incubator space highlighting entrepreneurship and start-ups incubated in Lille and Paris<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Laure QUEDILLAC, Corporate Relations Director at I\u00c9SEG, says: &#8220;<em>The I\u00c9SEG Career Days were a success for both the I\u00c9SEG students and the companies and organizations present. These two days of face-to-face and online events were an opportunity for students to find an internship or leads for a first job, as well as an opportunity to identify professions with a strong need for recruitment and of course to exchange with current graduates. This event is 100% aligned with the career support we want to provide to all our students so that they can find their &#8220;dream job&#8221; in line with their personal aspirations and the realities of the socio-economic world.<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To end the day, the companies present and the I\u00c9SEG Career\/Corporate Relations teams continued their discussions over a cocktail and a tasting offered by an I\u00c9SEG graduate, founder of Wepicurien, at the Rooftop Grenelle, Paris 15.<\/p>\n<p>The next day, after a rich and intense day, students and professionals met online via the Seekube platform to exchange during meetings planned beforehand. French companies favoring online employment, international companies and off-campus students were also able to take advantage of the I\u00c9SEG Career Days 2022 thanks to this format designed especially for them.<\/p>\n<p>Mondelez, a major partner of I\u00c9SEG&#8217;s Corporate Relations and sponsor of the class of 2022, was the special guest for this edition and was present to meet the students and to present the numerous opportunities of the group. Albane ARONIO DE ROMBLAY, I\u00c9SEG graduate and Senior Marketing Innovation Manager at Mondelez completes &#8220;<em>For a student, it is not easy to choose a career path. Being present at the I\u00c9SEG Career Days means passing on information as a graduate and guiding students on all the opportunities within a group and accompanying them in their search for an internship or a future career<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>A positive outcome for this hybrid edition which placed the human aspect at the heart of its conception and which brought together more than 1,500 students with the desire to prepare themselves even more concretely for the professional world and the needs of companies.
