Each year, I\u00c9SEG and its Center of Excellence for Organizational Responsibility (ICOR)<\/a> reward the best I\u00c9SEG student thesis in the fields of organizational ethics, societal responsibility and sustainability.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the 8th edition of the ICOR Award, a jury composed of 3 professors from I\u00c9SEG (Guillaume MERCIER, Caroline RIEU-PLICHON and Yulia TITOVA) evaluated 15 thesis in order to select the 3 best ones in terms of strict academic criteria. The winner of the ICOR Award was then chosen among these three finalists by a jury of professionals, made up this year of Olivier FO\u00cbX (Head of Ethics and Compliance at Doctolib), Vincent PERRIN (IBM Partner Ecosystem Technical Leader) and Gwendal YVIQUEL (a I\u00c9SEG alumni and Product Owner\/Manager Data & AI at Leroy Merlin\/ADEO).<\/p>\n

$\"Prix$ Presented by Philippe BOCQUET, Deputy Director of Lille Campus, on the occasion of the Sustainable Development and Diversity Week, organized from March, 13 to March, 17 on both campuses, the 2023 ICOR Award was awarded to Aur\u00e9lia GORRET <\/strong>(a student in the Master Grande Ecole) for her thesis about : \u00ab Brand Activism in the Beauty and Personal care Industry : Intersectional perspectives on inclusivity and body positivism<\/em> \u00bb (supervised by Vassilis DALAKAS).<\/p>\n

Each year, the winner of the ICOR Award receives \u20ac2,000 and commits to donate half of his or her prize money to a non-profit organization or social enterprise of his or her choice<\/strong>. This year, Aur\u00e9lia GORRET has chosen to support the “Association des Br\u00fbl\u00e9s de France<\/a>“. Created in 1983 and recognized as being of public utility in 2012, the actions of the association focus on two major subjects, namely prevention and support for burn victims and their relatives in the pursuit of the medical course (re-education, rehabilitation, psychological support\u2026) but also in their legal procedures.<\/p>\n

The other two finalists of the 2023 ICOR Awards were:
\n\u2013 M\u00e9lanie CHARBONNIER<\/strong>, for her thesis about : \u00ab The impact of ESG reporting on non-financial performance, the case of the transport sector<\/em> \u00bb (under the supervision of Rodrigo KAMBAYASHI)
\n\u2013 Luce VERCHERIN<\/strong>, for her thesis about : \u00ab Cosmetics ecolabels, a true path to eco-responsibility or a marketing stroke of genius? An exploratory study on companies\u2019 approach to cosmetics ecolabels<\/em> \u00bb (supervised by Bernadett KOLES).<\/p>\n
