{"id":150653,"date":"2023-11-20T19:26:39","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T18:26:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=150653"},"modified":"2023-11-20T19:26:40","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T18:26:40","slug":"ieseg-cegos-covea-group","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/ieseg-cegos-covea-group\/","title":{"rendered":"I\u00c9SEG and Cegos combine their expertise to offer a tailor-made program to over 650 managers from the Cov\u00e9a Group"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cegos.fr\/covea-horizons-managers-de-managers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8220;Horizons Managers de Managers&#8221; program<\/a> for Cov\u00e9a executives and senior managers has been specially designed to meet the need for a common managerial culture among managers at all levels.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this &#8220;out of the ordinary&#8221; course, part of which was run remotely during the Covid period, I\u00c9SEG and Cegos came up with multiple ways of engaging and training participating managers: a digital welcome kit, a self-diagnostic to guide participants through the 8-sprint course, inspiring conferences and kick-off and wrap-up events. Each sprint, tailor-made for Cov\u00e9a, focuses on a different theme, such as &#8220;Giving meaning to transformation&#8221;, &#8220;Managing paradoxes and deciding in a VUCA world&#8221;, or &#8220;Developing a manager-coach posture&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Directors have seen an evolution in their managers&#8217; cooperation and collaboration practices,<strong> a better understanding of the company&#8217;s strategic vision, greater adaptability <\/strong>and a &#8220;manager-coach&#8221; stance after following the program. Participants found the course culturally enriching, enabling them to accelerate their network. Conceived as a breathing space, it enabled them to increase their self-confidence and resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>We were convinced by Cegos&#8217; offer, which combined their expertise with that of I\u00c9SEG, providing an innovative formula with business visits.
