I\u00c9SEG Executive Education proposes a new certifying track to coach HR managers and new HR directors to manage challenges and issues of their activity. A strategic approach of Human Resources department. <\/p>\n

The track offers 6 modules (from 1 to 3 days each), dealing with HR strategy, human capital, organizational change management, employment branding strategy, social relations management and social business.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To get the certificate, it is necessary to participate in 4 modules, among which the HR strategy one. The modules are all independent and you can choose the way you organize the track.<\/p>\n
