I\u00c9SEG currently offers 7 “classic” majors and 8 work-study tracks as part of its Grande \u00c9cole Program<\/a>, as well as a Bachelor in International Business<\/a>, and 13 Specialized Masters<\/a>, providing graduates with an incredibly wide range of career opportunities. I\u00c9SEG graduates work in all types of jobs and companies of all sizes, in all sectors of activity and based all over the world<\/strong>. However, if we look at the 20 companies that have hired the most I\u00c9SEG alumni who graduated from the School’s Post-Graduate Programs over the past 10 years, a few trends emerge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firstly, and unsurprisingly, all these companies are large international groups. Every year, these major companies have very substantial needs in terms of recruitment volumes and the search for the best talents, far more so than SMEs and start-ups. That’s why this Top 20 list is made up exclusively of multinationals or large, well-known groups.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondly, whatever their sector of activity, these large companies are all among the undisputed leaders in their field.<\/strong> Whether in auditing (the famous “Big Four” – PwC<\/a>, Deloitte<\/a>, KPMG<\/a> and EY<\/a>), consulting, banking (whether traditional network banking or corporate and investment banking), retail (Amazon, Auchan, Decathlon and Adeo\/Leroy Merlin – note that Agathe Monpays, an I\u00c9SEG graduate of 2016, is CEO of Leroy Merlin France) and luxury goods (Kering, L’Or\u00e9al, Chanel, Richemont…). I\u00c9SEG graduates know how to find their place in these highly sought-after companies, and these companies are looking for the talents that I\u00c9SEG can provide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a sign of the attractiveness of the degree, and recognition by companies<\/strong> of the quality of the School’s education, its intercultural openness, and the mastery by its graduates of the knowledge, interpersonal skills and know-how essential for business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, this ranking conceals another underlying trend, which has accelerated in recent years. More and more I\u00c9SEG graduates are working in the public sector or in government agencies, in NGOs of all sizes, or on high-impact missions in smaller companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Finally, I\u00c9SEG promotes the entrepreneurial spirit among its students, whether through its teaching, specific programs<\/strong> (the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation<\/a>) or through the creation of a specific status dedicated to student entrepreneurs<\/a>, to be launched in 2023. As a result, more and more (young) graduates no longer hesitate to embark on the entrepreneurial adventure, and more and more of them are (co)creating their own company.
