The proposed model is intended to be innovative, for a transformative human function better shared between influential HR experts and leaders who create commitment. In his book, Bernard COULATY also carries out an in-depth review of the strategic elements of individual, managerial, organizational transformations and those of the HR function itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throught the book \u201cEngage to transform &#8211; Managers and HR managers, co-producers of a new human function\u201d, published by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-ems.fr\/boutique\/engager-pour-transformer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Editions EMS<\/a>, Bernard COULATY shares his knowledge of the field and his strong convictions, capitalizing on his rich experience as an HR manager but also as a professor of Leadership and Human Resources Management, subjects he has been teaching since 2020 at I\u00c9SEG.
