He has made employability a key priority in education and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christophe CATOIR says: &#8220;<em>It&#8217;s a huge honor to chair the Board of Trustees of I\u00c9SEG, a school whose teaching quality is matched only by the career paths of its alumni. Education is the key to shaping a better future, and I am delighted to contribute to the ambitious development of this institution in a resolutely entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caroline ROUSSEL, Dean of I\u00c9SEG, is delighted with this recent appointment: &#8220;<em>We are extremely proud to welcome Christophe CATOIR to I\u00c9SEG&#8217;s Board of Trustees. His outstanding career in France and abroad, and his commitment to our institution as a graduate and then as a corporate partner, are major assets for the continued development of our institution. An inspiring and authentic leader, he fully embodies the values of integrity, empathy and commitment that I\u00c9SEG also wishes to pass on to its students. I am convinced that his leadership will propel I\u00c9SEG to new heights.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This announcement comes at a time when Marc DELOZANNE, President of ADEO France Enterprises, decided to hand over his duties as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, after a dedicated commitment since 2011. He will continue to support I\u00c9SEG by remaining an administrator of the School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caroline ROUSSEL expresses her gratitude to Marc DELOZANNE: &#8220;<em>The School&#8217;s teams and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to Marc DELOZANNE for his unwavering commitment to I\u00c9SEG during his 13 years as Chairman. His entrepreneurial culture, high standards and caring support daily have enabled I\u00c9SEG to grow so rapidly. It was during his mandate that I\u00c9SEG was awarded the famous international accreditations\u2019 Triple Crown, a guarantee of academic recognition, that we launched our first Centers of Excellence, and that we substantially expanded our portfolio of programs: Bachelors, Specialized Masters, MBAs and Executive degree programs. Above all, it was thanks to his impulse that I\u00c9SEG launched its Collective Vision approach in 2015, which is still relevant today. This transition will be based on solid fundamentals.
