Each award winner represents a new generation of leaders, creators, artists and athletes under the age of thirty, each revolutionizing their own sector and breathing new life into fields undergoing rapid technological change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, 2 I\u00c9SEG graduates have been named for the prestigious &#8220;Forbes 30 Under 30&#8221; list: Agathe MONPAYS, Managing Director of Leroy Merlin France, and Oph\u00e9lie VANBREMEERSCH, founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/lunettesdezac.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lunettes de Zac.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1713183441132-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-156911\" width=\"205\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1713183441132-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1713183441132-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1713183441132-768x960.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1713183441132-120x150.jpg 120w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1713183441132-400x500.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1713183441132.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 205px) 100vw, 205px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/agathe-monpays\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agathe MONPAYS<\/a> graduated from I\u00c9SEG <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/specialized-masters\/grande-ecole-programme-5-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grande \u00c9cole Program<\/a> in 2016.<\/strong> She joined Leroy Merlin soon after, first as Area Manager, then as Store Director in Tourcoing.
