Yet, despite the diversity of high-performance collaborative tools available today, companies are still failing to work together effectively. So, how can we make the most of everyone&#8217;s potential when the generations of employees are different: baby-boomers, X, Y and Z? What actions need to be implemented to redefine cooperation between all generations? How can we all work together, whatever the generation? How do we bring generations together? What links are created between them? This is the challenge of intergenerational management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9lodie GENTINA, professor-researcher at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I\u00c9SEG<\/a>, and J\u00e9r\u00e9my LAMRI, co-founder of Tomorrow Theory, draw on a wealth of studies, as well as interviews and testimonials from over 25 managers, HR directors and young professionals, working in companies of all sizes and in all sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These companies and organizations include Chanel, Danone, JobGlasses, l&#8217;Or\u00e9al, Mazars, MSA, Microsoft, Mc Donald&#8217;s and Publicis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe challenge of intergenerational management. How to transform cohabitation into virtuous collaboration\u201d is built around three themes (generational culture: the great challenge; context and stakes of intergenerational management; towards genuine intergenerational management).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The book provides a basis for reflection and concrete action around shared challenges and common values, with a view to implementing intergenerational cooperation.
