The goal is to provide I\u00c9SEG students with privileged access to concrete professional experiences and to help both companies better promote the diverse career opportunities they offer.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-ieseg-orange-color has-text-color\">A long-term collaboration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ADEO and Leroy Merlin France are among I\u00c9SEG&#8217;s most loyal partners. They are actively involved in the school&#8217;s life, participating in major events and recruiting interns and apprentices annually. To date, over 55 I\u00c9SEG graduates work in these two companies, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/news\/forbes-30-under-30-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agathe MONPAYS<\/a>, CEO of Leroy Merlin France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>We share with I\u00c9SEG a common belief: that the company is a place for learning in its own right,&#8221; <\/em>explains Amandine SLOVAK, Head of Student Engagement &#8211; Talent Attraction &amp; Acquisition at Leroy Merlin France.<em> &#8220;This partnership allows us to build strong bridges between academic learning and our real-world operations, supporting individuals who embody rigor, openness, and a desire to make an impact.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-ieseg-orange-color has-text-color\">A rich, concrete, and varied action plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The partnership will result in a dense and structured action plan designed to immerse students in the current and future challenges of ADEO and Leroy Merlin France. <strong>It includes educational interventions in courses <\/strong>(for example, on the impacts of digital transformation), testimonies from professionals, and <strong>collaborative formats such as Corporate Talks<\/strong>, where topics such as the articulation between performance, ethics, and responsibility in marketing functions are discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students will also have the opportunity to participate in <strong>business game<\/strong>s, such as the one offered since 2024 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/programmes\/masters-specialises\/programme-grande-ecole\/master-alternance\/digital-marketing-e-commerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Master in Digital Marketing &amp; E-Commerce<\/a> apprenticeship program.<strong> Professional webinars will complement this immersion<\/strong>, particularly around Graduate Programs or the future professions of logistics and Supply Chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each year, an average of twenty interns and nearly thirty apprentices join the teams of ADEO and Leroy Merlin France, in a variety of functions (marketing, sales, data, HR, supply chain, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>This partnership reflects our desire to play an active role in supporting young talents<\/em>,&#8221; adds Faustine Coutelier, Campus Management Lead at ADEO. &#8220;<em>It strengthens our ability to convey who we are, to introduce our professions, and to nurture lasting vocations. It is a reciprocal approach, where everyone learns from each other.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-ieseg-orange-color has-text-color\">a partnership that goes beyond educational actions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond educational projects, the partnership includes the participation of both companies in <strong>major events organized by the School: business forums, Hauts de France Business Meetings, Networking Lunches<\/strong>&#8230; all privileged opportunities for recruiters to present their opportunities to preselected groups of students. Leroy Merlin France is also a partner of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/programmes\/masters-specialises\/programme-grande-ecole\/master-alternance\/management-business-development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Retail Management and Business Development<\/a> master program since its launch in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, both groups will also participate in key institutional events, such as admission juries for oral exams, thus contributing to the selection of future I\u00c9SEG students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>ADEO and Leroy Merlin France are committed partners who have been by our side for many years<\/em>,&#8221; concludes Laure QU\u00c9DILLAC, Director of Corporate Relations at I\u00c9SEG. &#8220;<em>This new partnership framework will amplify and structure an already very dynamic relationship.
