For the new academic year, I\u00c9SEG is delighted to welcome 32 new professors and postdoctoral researchers from all around the world<\/strong>. They strengthen a faculty already recognized for its diversity, academic excellence, and strong commitment to innovative teaching and high-impact research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of September 1, 2025, I\u00c9SEG welcomes 26 professors with a research mission, 1 postdoctoral researcher and 5 Professors of Practice, representing 15 nationalities<\/strong>. They will join I\u00c9SEG\u2019s campuses in Lille and Paris-La D\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An ever more international academic community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With faculty members now representing a total of 56 nationalities, I\u00c9SEG continues to demonstrate its international dimension<\/a> and attractiveness in a highly competitive academic market: nearly 1,800 applications were received this year. The new recruits hold PhDs from leading institutions worldwide and bring with them the richness of their academic and professional backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faculty expertise aligned with tomorrow\u2019s challenges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Their research covers themes at the heart of I\u00c9SEG\u2019s strategic priorities and today\u2019s global challenges: sustainable finance, artificial intelligence, logistics and supply chain, responsible management, sustainable marketing, and more.
This diversity of expertise reflects the School\u2019s ambition to develop interdisciplinary knowledge that inspires students while actively contributing to the evolution of organizations and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reaffirmed commitment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Each year, I\u00c9SEG invests nearly 20% of its budget (over \u20ac20 million) in research<\/a>, highlighting the strategic importance of academic and scientific innovation within its institutional project<\/strong>. The arrival of these new faculty members further strengthens this collective dynamic centered on excellence, openness, and social impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
