{"id":179871,"date":"2025-10-03T17:07:24","date_gmt":"2025-10-03T15:07:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=179871"},"modified":"2025-10-15T17:13:59","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T15:13:59","slug":"2025-ieseg-graduate-employment-cge-survey","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/2025-ieseg-graduate-employment-cge-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 I\u00c9SEG Graduate Employment Outcomes \u2013 CGE Survey"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Each year, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cge.asso.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles<\/em> (CGE)<\/a> analyzes employment outcomes of recent graduates, highlighting the programs offered by French <em>Grandes \u00c9coles<\/em> and the recognition of their degrees by employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this new edition, more than thirty management schools took part in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cge.asso.fr\/publications\/enquete-insertion-cge-2025-rapport\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2025 CGE Employment Survey<\/a>, conducted during the first quarter of 2025 among graduates of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/specialized-masters\/grande-ecole-programme-5-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grande \u00c9cole Program<\/a>, class of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey reveals a clear slowdown in the job market for recent graduates: while the majority still manage to secure employment within a few months after graduation, the process is less smooth than before. Job searches are taking longer, a trend affecting both engineers and managers, reflecting a contraction in hiring. However, there is a moderate increase in salaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At I\u00c9SEG, the survey results remain at a very high level,<\/strong> demonstrating the quality of its teaching, the excellence of its degrees, and the strong focus placed on student employability through a rigorous Career Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key findings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>96%<\/strong> of employed graduates found their first job within 5 months of leaving the School. Nearly <strong>70%<\/strong> were recruited even before finishing their studies, and <strong>82.6%<\/strong> signed a permanent contract (CDI).<\/li><li>The <strong>average annual gross salary<\/strong> upon graduation (France and abroad, including bonuses) is <strong>\u20ac51,750<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>61%<\/strong> of young graduates hold a position with an international dimension, and <strong>over a third<\/strong> currently hold a position linked to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), whether in environmental, societal, or ethical dimensions.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Each year, the Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles (CGE) analyzes employment outcomes of recent graduates, highlighting the programs offered by French Grandes \u00c9coles and the recognition of their degrees by employers.
