Both ventures are firmly grounded in their local communities, addressing real needs by offering services that support well-being and inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier in the year, <strong>11 entrepreneurs had been selected to benefit from the commitment and support of Master&#8217;s-level students <\/strong>from I\u00c9SEG&#8217;s Grande \u00c9cole Program. Over several months, students worked individually or in groups on key strategic challenges: business models, communications, commercial development, funding research, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this initial selection phase, the entrepreneurs pitched their projects to a jury, which nominated the two overall winners of the 2026 edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-ieseg-orange-color has-text-color\">Maison Daddy: reinventing senior housing to foster social connection through caf\u00e9-bistros<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/RDDC0052-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"prix cr\u00e9enso 2026\" class=\"wp-image-189800\" width=\"365\" height=\"244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/RDDC0052-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/RDDC0052-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/RDDC0052-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/RDDC0052-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/RDDC0052-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/RDDC0052-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/RDDC0052-400x267.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 365px) 100vw, 365px\" \/><figcaption>Prix cr\u00e9enso 2026 : Maison Daddy<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>The <strong>2026 CR\u00c9ENSO Award, endowed with \u20ac25,000, was awarded to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maisondaddy.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maison Dadd<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maisondaddy.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">y<\/a>, a project led by Philippe ALBANEL (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/grande-ecole-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grande Ecole Program<\/a> graduate, class of 2012), which reimagines housing for senior citizens in town centres. Far from isolated retirement facilities, <strong>Maison Daddy offers modern, purpose-adapted homes in the heart of communities, with a caf\u00e9-bistro <\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/chezdaddy.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chez Daddy<\/a>) on the ground floor, open to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of these living spaces is to <strong>support ageing in place while creating local, intergenerational social bonds and combating the isolation of older people.<\/strong> Through convivial spaces and tailored services, residents can remain active members of their neighbourhood, build meaningful relationships, and benefit from a natural spirit of mutual support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With locations already up and running in Lyon, La Madeleine (near Lille), and Autun, Maison Daddy sits somewhere between traditional home care and full residential care \u2014 a third way for people who want to age well, on their own terms, surrounded by others. The project has also opened six intergenerational caf\u00e9-bistros independently from its housing sites, with an ambitious goal of reaching 30 caf\u00e9s by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>&#8220;We really weren&#8217;t expecting to win, so this is a huge deal for us. For a project like ours, recognition like this confirms we&#8217;re on the right track \u2014 and it gives our model a real boost of credibility. We currently have six caf\u00e9s open, and we&#8217;re aiming for thirty by 2030. The prize money will help us build a stronger foundation: better support functions, more structured growth, and ideally a Head of Development to help steer the way.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><cite>Philippe ALBANEL, Founder of Maison Daddy<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Maison Daddy was supported by I\u00c9SEG students Hana HASANEFENDI\u0106, Arthur LAVERAN, and Agathe LIGET, who focused on engaging the investor community and strengthening communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;We&#8217;ve built a solidarity property fund backed by some truly generous philanthropic investors. Founded by Marie ROBBE \u2014 a hair prosthetics specialist and social hairdresser \u2014 the salon welcomes any woman looking for a haircut, while offering something more profound to those going through cancer:<strong> a caring, dignified space where they can feel like themselves again during one of life&#8217;s hardest chapters.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicolas LOPEZ and Lou-Swann BOUHOURS supported the project, working on online visibility, competitive analysis, and business model structuring to help ensure its long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m overwhelmed with emotion and so grateful for this prize \u2014 it will make a real difference to my cash flow, which as any entrepreneur knows, is the lifeblood of a business. The students also did brilliant work on my Google presence, which is so important for getting known in the social hairdressing world.
