More than ever, professionals need to continuously refresh their expertise, stay ahead of emerging trends, and embrace lifelong learning throughout their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-ieseg-orange-color has-text-color\">Microcredentials to support evolving skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With this in mind, the 10th edition of the I\u00c9SEG Summer School (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/relations-entreprises\/universite-ete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9t\u00e9<\/a>) was held under the theme <strong>&#8220;Skills Shift: Transforming for Lasting Impact.&#8221;<\/strong> Designed as both a forum for reflection on the future of skills and an opportunity for hands-on learning, the Summer School introduced I\u00c9SEG&#8217;s first microcredentials. Participants received a microcredential in the topic they had chosen, including influencer marketing, creative potential, polycrisis and sustainable performance, intrapreneurial leadership, complex negotiation, and AI for managers. These new credentials enabled participants to deepen their expertise in a specific area while gaining formal recognition for their learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The introduction of these modules reflects I\u00c9SEG&#8217;s broader commitment to rethinking learning pathways and supporting lifelong skills development. Through its educational vision, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/ieseg-becoming-educational-approach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Becoming<\/a>&#8221; the School is committed to supporting not only its students, but also its alumni and professionals throughout every stage of their personal and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>&#8220;In a world where skills evolve faster than careers, and where they can no longer be seen as something we acquire once and for all but rather as an asset that must be nurtured throughout life, a school like I\u00c9SEG has a responsibility to support this transformation.
