With \u201cI\u00c9SEG Tomorrow\u201d, I\u00c9SEG is embarking on a far-reaching transformation of its model.<\/em><\/p>\n

In addition to its existing degree programs, I\u00c9SEG aims to establish itself across the entire \u201cHigh School \u2013 Higher Education \u2013 Lifelong Learning\u201d continuum<\/strong>, serving both businesses and individuals.<\/em><\/p>\n

Starting in summer 2027, I\u00c9SEG will launch a content marketplace<\/strong> offering flexible, customized learning formats, ranging from bite-sized learning or micro-learning modules lasting just a few hours to multi-day certificates, covering key areas such as artificial intelligence, CSR, leadership and entrepreneurship.<\/em><\/p>\n

By giving all its students access to this marketplace for five years upon graduation, I\u00c9SEG is making a strong commitment: every graduate will be able to benefit from the School\u2019s expertise and support throughout their professional development and keep their skills up to date<\/strong>, long after earning their degree.<\/em><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Against the backdrop of extremely rapid technological change, the average lifespan of a technical skill is now no more than two years. According to the World Economic Forum\u2019s Future of Jobs Report 2025<\/a>, 44% of workers\u2019 skills will become obsolete over the next five years<\/strong> and 59% of workers will need reskilling or upskilling by 2030 \u2014 yet one in five workers will not have access to it. Lifelong learning is therefore more important than ever!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u00c9SEG will thus expand its learning offering through hybrid, modular, flexible, and customizable formats<\/strong>. It will support both businesses and individuals in acquiring new expertise, updating their skills, and developing new competencies,
in response to their specific training needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This strategy reflects major trends shaping the sector: the growing importance of hybrid and digital formats; strong demand for training in AI, CSR, leadership, and soft skills; and a preference for short formats that provide immediately applicable expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lifelong learning offering will be structured around five complementary formats<\/strong>: bite-sized learning modules (1 to 3 hours), microlearning units (4 to 8 hours), traditional format courses (9 to 14 hours), micro-credentials (2 to 4 days), and certificates (5 to 12 days). These formats will be available in person, hybrid, or online. This offering will cover themes related to strategic corporate transformations, such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, CSR\u2026, as well as cross-functional topics like leadership, negotiation, or entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Designed to adapt to everyone\u2019s needs and circumstances, and delivered through an AI-powered platform, this offering will enable learners to build step by step a fully personalized skill-development pathway. The courses will be based on a stackable model:<\/strong> each module will certify a specific skill which, combined with others, will lead to a certificate or even a degree. This approach will enable everyone to learn when they need to, on the subjects they need, at their own pace, without giving up on long-term ambitions.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tested during the 2026 I\u00c9SEG Summer Workshop<\/a>, a true laboratory for I\u00c9SEG\u2019s new teaching approaches, the initiative saw 107 participants earn one of the six micro-certifications offered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The micro-certificates named \u201cMastering AI for Strategic Business Success,\u201d \u201cBusiness Takeover,\u201d and \u201cCoaching & Mentoring\u201d will be launched. The \u201cStrategic Negotiation\u201d and \u201cWomen in Leadership\u201d certificates will further expand the existing portfolio<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To host this new lifelong learning offering, I\u00c9SEG will launch its own content marketplace<\/strong>. Powered by AI, the platform will provide highly personalized recommendations and content. I\u00c9SEG will invest \u20ac1.5 million in developing the marketplace<\/strong>, which will ultimately host more than 500 pieces of content<\/strong> across 20 areas of expertise<\/strong>. More than 150 professors, graduates, and industry experts will contribute to the creation of the modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The value proposition of \u201cI\u00c9SEG Tomorrow\u201d is clear: to ensure that all graduates receive support throughout their professional lives to maintain their employability and keep their skills up to date<\/strong>. This commitment is underpinned by a personalized, modular, hybrid, and stackable content offering adapted to every stage of a career: early career, mid-career, career transition, and late career.<\/p>\n

In addition, I\u00c9SEG has made the strong commitment to provide 100% of its young graduates with free access to its content marketplace for five years after graduation<\/strong>, supporting them from the very beginning of their professional lives. The marketplace will be made available gradually to businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C) looking to acquire new expertise or update their skills.<\/p>\n
