Depending on the themes, the conferences and workshops are open to all members of the public with the objective of allowing participants to deepen their knowledge and reflect on the issues concerned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dates of future conferences and workshops:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Workshop \u201cDiscover your personality through psychological tests\u201d Tuesday 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0November 2014<\/p>\n<p>Are you assertive? An optimist, do you have enough self-compassion? What is your level of emotional intelligence? What kind of personality do I have? How can I measure the characteristics? Being able to answer these questions allows you to increase your self-awareness. This is more and more important today to find your place within a company that is constantly-changing. Participants will have the opportunity to complete various tests that will be available.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop will be hosted by\u00a0<a title=\"Thierry Nadisic\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/faculty-and-research\/professor\/?id=2109\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Dr. Thierry NADISIC<\/strong><\/a>, Researcher in organizational behavior, Professor and Director of the E-MBA I\u00c9SEG-CEGOS and co-author of \u201cSocial Justice and the experience of emotion.\u00a0 Routledge, 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Conference: \u201c How does a leader create and motivate change?\u201d \u2013 Thursday 20<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0November 2014<\/p>\n<p>Facing constant change, developing companies aim to remain coherent with the environment.
