\"jessica-fran\u00e7oise\"<\/a>For a number of years now I\u00c9SEG has a personalized program to coach students throughout their Master\u2019s cursus until the start of their career. This program is called \u201cTALENT\u201d.<\/p>\n

TALENT proposes I\u00c9SEG students a personalized program and helps them to set up their their student cursus, giving advice and support in creating their professional project. It also offers help on a personal level in areas such as: motivation, making the right choices etc\u2026..<\/p>\n

There is a strong team with a coordinator dedicated to this program. Certified coaches and staff as well as experienced professionals in France and abroad allow this program to be an integral part of the curriculum.<\/p>\n

For Master students, whether they are studying on campus or off campus (gap year, internship, or preparing their thesis…) individual sessions on their career\/professional project are obligatory and can be done through coaching sessions on demand \u00a0or via Skype.<\/p>\n

Workshops are also organized around 15 different career themes:\u00a0 \u201cusing your network\u201d,\u00a0 \u201cpreparing for an interview\u201d, \u201cusing your skills to your advantage\u201d, \u201cnegotiating a position\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

Students are also given the opportunity to meet companies.\u00a0 Each week \u201cCorporate Talks\u201d are organized on different careers, the job market, (\u201cInternational Careers\u201d, Working in a SME\u201d, \u201cBecoming an Entrepreneur Today\u201d\u2026) They can also take part in careers fairs organized by I\u00c9SEG as well as company visits.<\/p>\n

I\u00c9SEG also organizes \u201cMock interviews\u201d:\u00a0 staff from partner companies meet the students individually and hold interview simulations as well as offering help with their CV.<\/p>\n
