Over two days, the workshop at the I\u00c9SEG campus in Paris focused around a series of 12 thematic sessions that provided researchers with\u00a0the opportunity to exchange and discuss ideas, present working papers or future projects in their field of expertise.<\/p>\n

$\"BRICS$ These covered a wide range topics including central banking; corporate finance; corporate social responsibility; environment and sustainable development; new technologies and customer behaviour; corporate governance practices and their business impact: economics and health management; market finance; quantitative economics; and the strategic use of information technology (IT) in organizations.<\/p>\n

This is the first time that I\u00c9SEG has organized this type of international workshop focusing on research collaboration with partners in the BRICS countries. The aim, following the fruitful exchanges, is now to see if common research projects can be developed in the months and years to come and to examine possibilities for joint PhD supervision between partners, or for collaborating on similar events in the future.<\/p>\n
