How to manage and support change? What attitude to adopt as a manager? How to lead teams to face uncertainty? These are a selection of the questions raised by managers of a leading frozen food company which asked the I\u00c9SEG Executive team to develop a customized training program on leadership and change management.<\/p>\n

\"Execedcat\"Developed together with the company, the program was sequenced in two phases: two days in the classroom, were followed up at a later date with a \u2018virtual classroom\u2019 (online) enabling participants to discuss the different actions, activities and action plans for the short-, medium- and long-term. The program was led by I\u00c9SEG professors Thierry Nadisic and Anna Canato experts in leadership and change management.<\/p>\n

The “concrete examples” and content of the different modules were highly appreciated by the participants.<\/p>\n

I\u00c9SEG Executive team offers its expertise to companies in different fields of management and also its know-how in designing and delivering tailor-made solutions with an interactive pedagogy. It also runs an Executive MBA programme as well as “learning trips’, study tours tailor-made for business professionals.<\/p>\n
