{"id":31332,"date":"2015-06-17T15:00:22","date_gmt":"2015-06-17T13:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/?post_type=news&#038;p=31332"},"modified":"2015-06-17T17:46:53","modified_gmt":"2015-06-17T15:46:53","slug":"ieseg-young-graduates-doing-well-in-the-labour-market","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/ieseg-young-graduates-doing-well-in-the-labour-market\/","title":{"rendered":"CGE employment survey: I\u00c9SEG\u2019s young graduates doing well in the labour market"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In 2015, 30 Management Schools including I\u00c9SEG took part in a survey led by the Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles relating to the recruitment of young graduates from the French Grandes \u00c9coles.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of the key figures concerning graduates from I\u00c9SEG\u2019s Grande \u00c9cole (GE) program (the survey was conducted in the first four months of the year with graduates from the 2014 promotion of the GE program):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Employment<\/strong>: 80,5% of our graduates surveyed found their first job either before leaving the School or within two months of leaving.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salaries on the rise<\/strong>: The average salary of young I\u00c9SEG graduates was \u20ac 42,641 compared to \u20ac 36,230 last year. The average for all management schools in France was \u20ac38 534.<\/li>\n<li><strong>International dimension<\/strong>: the importance the School places on the international dimension is highlighted by the fact that 36,6% of young graduates started their careers outside of France (a level which is 58% higher than the average for the other French management schools surveyed). In total, 65,8% of our Grande \u00c9cole program graduates had a function linked with international activities.<\/li>\n<li>The types of job functions carried out by our graduates reflect the broad and generalist nature of the School\u2019s 5-year Grande \u00c9cole management programme:\n<ul>\n<li>administration \/ finance \/ accounting: 21.5%<\/li>\n<li>marketing: 17,4%<\/li>\n<li>commercial functions: 12,4%<\/li>\n<li>audit: 12,4%<\/li>\n<li>management 7,4%<\/li>\n<li>human Resources 5,8%<\/li>\n<li>purchasing, supply, logistics 5%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The above results underline the competitivity of our graduates on the labour market!<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to them all!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In 2015, 30 Management Schools including I\u00c9SEG took part in a survey led by the Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles relating to the recruitment of young graduates from the French Grandes [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","news-category":[60],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.2 -
