{"id":38877,"date":"2015-10-10T14:28:37","date_gmt":"2015-10-10T12:28:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/?post_type=news&#038;p=38877"},"modified":"2015-10-26T19:13:46","modified_gmt":"2015-10-26T18:13:46","slug":"ieseg-among-the-first-schools-granted-the-status-of-eespig","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/ieseg-among-the-first-schools-granted-the-status-of-eespig\/","title":{"rendered":"I\u00c9SEG among the first schools granted the EESPIG label"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/chiffres-rentree-2015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-37032\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/chiffres-rentree-2015-300x158.jpg\" alt=\"chiffres-rentree-2015\" width=\"300\" height=\"158\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/chiffres-rentree-2015-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/chiffres-rentree-2015-150x79.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/chiffres-rentree-2015.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>This summer, I\u00c9SEG was officially recognized (in the official journal of Higher Education and Research of 23 July) as being one of the first higher education institutions in France to have the new \u201cEESPIG\u201d\u00a0label (Etablissements d\u2019Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur Priv\u00e9 d\u2019Int\u00e9r\u00eat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral or Private higher education institutions with a public interest).<\/p>\n<p>This\u00a0label was created by the French Law on Higher Education and Research of 22 July 2013, and allows the EESPIG\u00a0label to be awarded to private institutions of higher education, which are non-profit organizations that are under contract with the state.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Philippe Ammeux, Director of I\u00c9SEG, says that the &#8220;EESPIG label\u00a0should clarify the private higher education sector in France by distinguishing non-profit institutions (such as I\u00c9SEG) which contribute to the public service mission, award diplomas in the name of the state, and are regularly inspected by the public authorities &#8211;\u00a0 from the rest of the private higher education sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For I\u00c9SEG, one of the first nine institutions with the new label, this decision should allow us in the future to have better recognition from the public authorities as we continue to pursue our development and our mission,&#8221; he adds.<\/p>\n<p>In the weeks and months ahead, a number of institutions in France are expected to\u00a0be granted\u00a0the\u00a0EESPIG label.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This summer, I\u00c9SEG was officially recognized (in the official journal of Higher Education and Research of 23 July) as being one of the first higher education institutions in France to [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":51013,"menu_order":0,"template":"","news-category":[103],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.2 -
