These innovative programs for future managers, high potential employees and executives aim to support\u00a0company development. The number of days of executive education training run by the School in 2015-2016 has increased by 25% highlighting the ongoing\u00a0growth of this department&#8217;s activities<\/p>\n<p>The School uses diverse pedagogical formats in order to respond to different corporate requirements and expectations. The webinar format, for example, allows employees in different geographical locations to be trained by experts. Corporate visits or learning trips, meanwhile, enable participants to experience the activities and practices of companies or other organizations in France or internationally. The practical element of the training is crucial so I\u00c9SEG Executive Education provides &#8220;teaching + coaching&#8221; packages to train a group of employees and to accompany them for several months on a specific project.<\/p>\n<p>These new formats can be run alongside more traditional activities such as workshops or conferences. This year, the number of participants from companies in France and abroad has increased by more than 10%.
