\"photo-de-classe-execmba2\"Aimed at executives who have a career development project towards a new role involving leadership and human competences, I\u00c9SEG\u2019s Executive MBA (EMBA) program<\/a> has recently welcomed its second class at the Paris La D\u00e9fense campus.<\/p>\n

Participants\u00a0have, on average, 16 years of professional experience (the average age is 40) and represent 10 different nationalities. \u201cThe diversity of participants ensures there is a wide range of experiences and perspectives in the classroom,” explains Catherine Demangeot, Academic Director of the program. “The new class members have very different professional experiences in terms of training, functions and sectors, which enables them to benefit from each other\u2019s knowledge and skills”.<\/p>\n

The 22 participants come from positions dealing with the management of information systems, webmarketing, accounting, while some even have an engineering or sales profile. They also work in very different sectors such as pharmaceuticals, transport, insurance, mass distribution and banking.<\/p>\n

“The Executive MBA is an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Our program is particularly focused on developing positive leadership and sustainable performance \u00a0skills which enable participants to develop an innovative vision and \u00a0to mobilize their teams and stakeholders to make this vision a reality,” adds Catherine Demangeot.<\/p>\n
