$\"execedune\"$ I\u00c9SEG launched its Executive MBA<\/a> program in 2015 in partnership with CEGOS. Focusing on the development of positive leadership and sustainable performance skills, the EMBA welcomes some forty senior managers\/executives (across the two classes) representing 15 different nationalities.<\/p>\n

On average, they have more than 15 years of professional experience in a rich diversity of sectors. Every two weeks (Friday and Saturday), participants gather at the campus in Paris La D\u00e9fense. We asked a number of them about their motivations for joining the School and experiences with the EMBA.<\/p>\n

David Delebecque<\/a>, a 36-year-old sales engineer, notes, \u201cIn the context of the fast-moving world (in which we live), my aim is to look to anticipate such changes and expand my knowledge in areas such as management, finance and leadership. These are vital skills for people in strategic positions and for leading a company. The key strengths of this program are the dynamic and collaborative mindset of the participants as well as the quality of the international faculty. Planning and organization are key factors for finding the right balance between following the EMBA program and my work and family life with my 3 children.\u201d<\/p>\n

Deborah Woodford<\/a>, who has a wealth of experience in financial\/control and accountancy, explains that she looked at a number of business schools (for her EMBA) but was attracted by IESEG\u2019s (learning) approach. She wanted to move away from the \u201cestablished way of doing things\u201d,\u00a0 gain \u201cpositive ideas\u201d and a \u201cfresh approach\u201d.<\/p>\n
