2017 survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-21202 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/cge.jpg\" alt=\"Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles\" width=\"242\" height=\"75\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/cge.jpg 402w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/cge-300x93.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/cge-150x46.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 242px) 100vw, 242px\" \/>In 2017,\u00a0more than 30 French Business\/Management Schools, including I\u00c9SEG, took part in a survey led by the Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles (CGE) relating to the recruitment of young graduates from the French Grandes \u00c9coles.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of the key figures concerning graduates from I\u00c9SEG\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/programs\/masters-science\/grande-ecole-programme-5-years\/\">Grande \u00c9cole (GE) Master in management program <\/a>(the survey was conducted in the first three months of the year with graduates from the 2016 promotion of the GE program):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Employment<\/strong>: 90% of our graduates (in work)\u00a0surveyed found their first job either before leaving the School (80.4%) or within two months of leaving (9.6%).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salaries<\/strong>: The average annual salary\u00a0(bonus included) of young I\u00c9SEG graduates was \u20ac41 983 (a rise from \u20ac 38 063 last year).<\/li>\n<li><strong>International dimension<\/strong>: Nearly one third (31.3%) of young graduate began their careers abroad while 61.6 % have a function linked with international activities.<\/li>\n<li>The types of <strong>job functions<\/strong> reflect the broad and generalist nature of the School\u2019s 5-year Grande \u00c9cole management program:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table width=\"450\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"361\"><strong>\u00a0Functions<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"83\"><strong>%<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"361\">Marketing<\/td>\n<td width=\"83\">17,2<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"361\">Commercial<\/td>\n<td width=\"83\">16<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"361\">Administration, Finance, Accounting..<\/td>\n<td width=\"83\">15,5<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"361\">Audit<\/td>\n<td width=\"83\">11,3<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"361\">Other service or department<\/td>\n<td width=\"83\">6,7<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"361\">Consultancy &amp;
