This new building opened its doors this September.<\/p>\n<p>Situated on the \u201cPromenade de l\u2019Arche\u201d \u2013 in the heart of La D\u00e9fense and at just 200m from the original facility (6 000 m\u00b2 in the base of the Grande Arche) \u2013 this new building means the School\u2019s Parisian campus has grown to 14 000 m\u00b2, and has nearly doubled its capacity (in terms of students and staff).<\/p>\n<p>This new 7-storey building represents part of the School\u2019s goal to offer its students a unique learning experience and to continue its development on both national and international levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u00c9SEG La D\u00e9fense Campus: two buildings (a total of 14 000 m\u00b2)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Promenade de l\u2019Arche Building: 8 000 m\u00b2<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 1 large lecture theater (280 places), 1 small lecture theater (88 places) and 32 classrooms (28 to 48 places)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 trading room (20 places, Bloomberg)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 computer room (26 places)<br \/>\n\u2022 2 theater halls<br \/>\n\u2022 1 \u201cbehavioral lab\u201d<br \/>\n\u2022 1 library, the KL\u2019Hub ou Knowledge Learning HUB<br \/>\n\u2022 6 training rooms for Executive Education<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cafeteria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grande Arche Building: 6 000 m\u00b2<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 1 large lecture theater (180 places), 1 large lecture theater (130 places) and 10 small lecture theaters (35 to 50 places)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 trading room (46 places, Thomson Reuters)<br \/>\n\u2022 3 computer rooms<br \/>\n\u2022 1 theater hall<br \/>\n\u2022 3 work rooms<br \/>\n\u2022 2 multifunctional rooms for exams, forums, diverse events\u2026<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cafeteria<br \/>\n\u2022 1 common room &amp; 1 student hall<br \/>\n\u2022 1 incubator<br \/>\n\u2022 student association offices<\/p>\n<p>The new I\u00c9SEG building is situated in the Jardins de l\u2019Arche zone, where a mixed building project is ongoing. This wider project, implemented by Epadesa, will include:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A pedestrian promenade, from the bottom of the Grande Arche de la D\u00e9fense to the Terrasses de Nanterre;<br \/>\n\u2022 the U Arena, a future stadium for shows and sports, capable of welcoming 40 000 spectators. There will also be offices for the Conseil D\u00e9partemental des Hauts-de-Seine in this building;<br \/>\n\u2022 1 000 housing units, 278 for students;<br \/>\n\u2022 5 200 m\u00b2 of shops and public spaces just next door (ephemeral pavilions);<br \/>\n\u2022 Two school groups, a daycare, a gymnasium, shared children\u2019s playground and gardens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the framework of its strategic plan 2016-2021 and its 2025 Vision, I\u00c9SEG School of Management has invested in the construction of a new 8 000m\u00b2 building at Paris-La D\u00e9fense.
