Some examples are listed below.<\/p>\n<p>Rigor and academic excellence are part of I\u00c9SEG\u2019s DNA, and serve to educate students.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the best international reviews publish research conducted by our professors. This allows our students to benefit from the latest developments in economical and managerial sciences. The School thus encourages its professors to create a Master elective course directly related to research topics.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00c9SEG offers its Master students over 300 elective courses, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>\u2018Great leaders\u2019<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>\u2018Decision and leadership\u2019<\/strong> <\/em>taught by <strong>Jacques Angot<\/strong>, whose main research topics are leadership, the rationales of company co-design and co-development and leadership coaching.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>\u2018Loyalty program and CRM\u2019 <\/em><\/strong>taught by <strong>Nathalie Demoulin<\/strong>, who mainly researches questions concerning client loyalty in retailing sectors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monali Hota<\/strong> is specialized in the behavior analysis of consumption in children. She offers a course entitled <em><strong>\u2018Children as consumers\u2019<\/strong><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Students also have access to the course <em><strong>\u2018Auditing and Controlling Corporate Social Responsibility\u2019<\/strong><\/em>, taught by <strong>Lies Bouten<\/strong>, who is regularly consulted by a number of companies in order to establish CSR indicators.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lo\u00efc Pl\u00e9<\/strong>, whose research focuses on new Business Models and client integration in these models, offers 1st-year students a flipped classroom course entitled <em><strong>\u2018Business exploration\u2019<\/strong>,<\/em> directly related to his themes of research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These research skills also serve in student project realization and for corporate accounts.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00c9SEG currently possesses one of the most renowned teams of professors in Europe in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics. These professors have introduced a project where different companies submit specific CSR issues. All three are CSR experts, and Fran\u00e7ois Maon coordinated several special issues of prestigious international reviews, such as the <em>Journal of Business Ethics<\/em>, on this subject.<\/p>\n<p>During the semester dedicated to their final dissertation, students have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with their professors, and to work on their professors\u2019 research. This is a chance for them to have a real learning experience focused on their professors\u2019 research topics. Following this experience, some students co-write articles or case studies with their professors. For example, Maylis Portmann co-wrote a study with Jacques Angot about the Ch\u00eanelet, a solidary SME.
