This is one of many ways that I\u00c9SEG highlights its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.charte-diversite.com\/charte-diversite-texte-engagement.php\">commitment<\/a> to different types of diversity.<\/p>\n<p>In line with the School\u2019s values, the charter also corresponds to I\u00c9SEG\u2019s 2025 Vision: \u201cEmpowering Changemakers for a Better Society\u201d. It also reflects the fact that I\u00c9SEG aims to be an international, multicultural and socially inclusive School.<\/p>\n<p>Over 80% of the permanent full-time professors and a large number of administrative employees are international (over 40 countries represented). In 2017-2018, the School will welcome 2 270 international students on both campuses.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-63689 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/logo-charte-diversite-signataire-300x250.jpg\" alt=\"logo-charte-diversite-signataire\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/logo-charte-diversite-signataire-300x250.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/logo-charte-diversite-signataire-150x125.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/logo-charte-diversite-signataire.jpg 590w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Similarly, I\u00c9SEG provides intercultural training to its students and its staff to help them develop intercultural intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>The objective is also to introduce students to the idea of diversity, and to develop their knowledge of different cultures. The School has put several projects into place:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0A \u201cCultural Diversity Passport\u201d (courses and pedagogical activities involving students from different nationalities).<\/li>\n<li>During the Master cycle, students also have the possibility to take a number of relevant electives and to work towards a \u2018Cultural Diversity Certificate\u2019 (if they complete the electives and a related dissertation\/thesis or work experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In order to strengthen its activities related to intercultural skills, the School is also preparing to launch the new I\u00c9SEG Center of excellence for Intercultural Engagement (ICIE). This multidisciplinary center is made up of professors and administrative employees from different departments. Moreover, it aims to develop knowledge about the development of intercultural mindsets and the way that different organizations can apply this.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00c9SEG has also signed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/news\/ieseg-et-passeport-avenir\/\">partnership agreement<\/a> with the association \u201cPasseport avenir\u201d, which seeks to assist youth from disadvantaged backgrounds in their academic and professional achievement.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, second-year students participate in a solidarity-oriented team project. The goal is for students to develop their creativity while working on a humanitarian\/charity-focused issue (in the health field, in academic support, and by helping disadvantaged children in France and abroad, etc.). These projects provide students the opportunity to work on a team, to plan operations, to manage a budget, and to develop their ability to communicate with an outside public.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00c9SEG works in partnership with the association \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/news\/lieseg-sengage-developpement-de-lincubateur-social-led-by-her\/\">Led by Her<\/a>\u201d and ESCP Europe to provide a personalized entrepreneurship program to a group of women who have experienced violence or difficult personal circumstances to help them construct a new future.<\/p>\n<h4><em>All companies against discrimination related to employment, and who decide to promote diversity can sign the French Diversity Charter.
