Part of the international group Photo-me, Photomaton sells photo booths, minilabs, photocopiers, and laundromats, etc. in France.<\/p>\n<p>Students worked in groups of six, under the supervision of the Professors Joao CUNHA, Fatma GUNERI, Ghassan YACOUB and Omid NOROOZI, to develop a \u201claundromat of tomorrow\u201d. The team of professors then selected 36 Master students to present their innovative laundromat proposals to representatives from Photomaton on December 13th.<\/p>\n<h3>Working on real case studies<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI\u00c9SEG regularly develops this type of project with companies in order to allow students to work on real case studies. During their work on this project for Photomaton, students were able to research data and information related to technology in creative ways,\u201d Joao CUNHA explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis challenge also enabled them to look at how to revolutionize a mature industry. In this way, they will be ready to manage this type of case study when they enter into the professional world,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<h3>Testimonial<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Laura MEZIAT, Marketing Manager for Photo-Me International PlC noted:<\/strong><\/em> \u201cThe students succeeded in imagining laundromats of tomorrow by taking into account economic and social projections. They were able to make \u2018Washing one\u2019s laundry\u2019, a banal, daily act, interesting through the creation of real business applications.
