These include: the development of cooperation and partnership agreements internationally; managing exchange students (incoming and outgoing) and the recruitment and welfare of all international students for all the School\u2019s programs; and representing the School around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Giangreco, who comes from Italy, obtained his Bachelor from Mercy College (NY, USA), his MBA from SDA Bocconi (Universit\u00e0 Bocconi\u2019s School of Management) and his Ph.D. from London School of Economics (LSE). He has been a professor of management at I\u00c9SEG since 2006 and has successfully overseen the development of postgraduate programs in the last 5 years. An expert in issues related to human resources management and organizational change, he has published in leading international journals such as <em>The International Journal of HRM, Personnel Review, European Management Review <\/em>and<em> European Management Journal<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Director of I\u00c9SEG, Jean-Philippe Ammeux notes: \u201cWe are delighted that Antonio has taken up this position, which is crucial for the realization of the School\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieseg.fr\/en\/news\/ieseg-unveils-strategic-plan-for-2016-2021\/\">Vision<\/a> to be a unique international hub empowering changemakers for a better society. He has a wealth of international experience that will be extremely valuable as the School continues to develop its unique intercultural learning and teaching environment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Giangreco adds:\u00a0 \u201cAfter more than 10 years at I\u00c9SEG, I am honored to serve in this new role.
